How long can i rent an item for?
4 days - Receive the item before 1pm (day 1),  wear item (day2/3) return item in post and send us the tracking(day 4).
7 days - Receive the item before 1pm (day 1),  wear item (day2/3) return item in post and send us the tracking(day 4).
Delivery Date
Please select the day before your event as the 1st day of your rental period, this will be the day that the item will be delivered to you using a fully tracked service. The final day of your rental period is the day that you need to drop the item off at the post office to return to us. Please note we are not liable for any delivery delays caused by delivery companies.
Returning at the end of your rental period
You will need to drop the item off at the post office to return to us on the final day of your rental period. You will receive the return address via email once your booking is confirmed. PLEASE KEEP PROOF OF POSTAGE. Where possible, please return your item in it's original packaging.
My outfit has arrived prior to my delivery date
We try to ship rental orders to you as quickly as possible, if you receive before the date you selected do not worry, you will only be charged for your selected rental period.
Do I need to wash or dry clean my outfit before returning it?
No, please do not attempt to wash the piece. When we receive the item back, we have a system where we will dry clean all orders.
Damage policy
On the rare and unfortunate event that you damage your item, please contact and notify us ASAP. If the damage is beyond repair you will be liable to pay the full price of the dress.
